Fertility Enhancing Surgeries
Fertility enhancing minimally invasive surgeries
Laparoscopy is a process where a small telescope flexible tube-like equipment (laparoscope) with a cold light source on one end, is passed through a small incision through the navel. This instrument is used to view pelvic organs in the abdominal cavity causing infertility. A laparoscope is recommended for patients who may have problems that affect the uterus, fallopian tubes, or ovaries. If infertility has been longstanding for many years, if the patient has a medical history suspicious for an abnormality of the pelvis, an evaluation with laparoscopy is required.
